SMPS Idaho Strategic Plan

On September 8, SMPS Idaho had our inaugural strategic planning session, led by Elevate Marketing Advisors Principal, Jen Newman. We had 6 members in attendance and made great progress in getting the chapter off the ground.

  1. Establish a Board of Directors and Committees – We will form a board and committees this Fall, mobilizing our members to build and shape SMPS Idaho. Stay tuned for more details in the next month or two.
  2. Grow our Membership – By the end of 2022, we hope to have 50 members across the state of Idaho.
  3. Build Financial Security – Through membership dues, paid programming, and sponsorship packages, we will build a bank for SMPS Idaho with a goal of $5,00 in reserves by the end of our fiscal year (August 2022).

Meeting these three goals will help SMPS Idaho launch successful and establish a sustainable future. With your help, we can accomplish and surpass these goals!
